This new Pyramid from Qiyi uses small but strong Neodymium magnets to align the puzzle after turns are made, causing less friction than the regular ball bearing clicking mechanism, and therefore allowing the puzzle to turn, and be solved, faster.

I can not say how good this pyraminx is! Compared to a previous one I purchased for £3 this is definitely worth the extra money as it didn't break as soon as I turned it! The magnets are the perfect strength for me and it came with a bag of spare magnets

I absolutely loved this pyraminx as soon as it came today. It is prelubed and tensioned reasonably well when it came right out of the box. It has very strong Neodymium magnets which are stronger than the moyu magnetic pyraminx. As it has strong magnets, the pieces click into place easily, especially he corner pieces. Speaking of magnets, it also comes with 6 spare magnets in case you need extra. I am very satisfied with my pyraminx.
