Qiyi / Mo Fang Ge Warrior W 3x3x3
QiYi / Mo Fang Ge Warrior W 3x3x3
The new Warrior W 3x3 from Qiyi is budget cube with great performance. DOn't expect the low price to mean poor performance, because this cube definitely punches above its weight, having some features you'd normally find on the premium cubes.
Inti friction surfaces on the interior pieces, and optimised rounded sections on the pieces to improve corner cutting whilst maintaining stability.
The surface is 'frosted', a very subtle effect, that gives the cube a light matt feel.
Vivid colours in shades you won't find elsewhere make piece recognition better than ever.

Light and springy, turns easily, looks great. Way better than my Thunderclap V1 in its present condition, which has become stiff to the point of unusable. Cheaper too.

It is an amazing cube!
Good quality, wonderful colors and overall very beautiful as a cube.
Right out of the box it's turning is great. Also cornercuts pretty well.
I believe that this is one of the best stickerless cubes in that price.
Magnet mod update

I thought this cube was good before I put magnets in, now it has transformed the cube into a very stable puzzle with a lovely clicky feel when solving it. It was so good that I lost the first one to a non cuber who has asked me to teach her with her newly claimed cube :D I am glad I bought 2 more and at the amazing price they are, why not. Thank you Puzzle Store.
'W' = Wow?

The QiYi Warrior W is one very impressive cube for the amazingly little cost. Out of the box I noticed the frosted texture of the cube and was very impressed with the way it felt and looked then I gave it a few turns and was even more impressed. Straight out of the box it was nice and smooth to turn and the corner cutting is not half bad either, tensions were also spot on for me, in fact the only thing I did was add a drop of lube because I thought it was a little dry. Superb quality and nice bright colours too. I will be buying another one of these soon to do a magnet mod on it.
Good cube. Bra kub.

Like the description says it's not like the more professional cubes but well worth the money. It has cornercutting and easy turning. I had a bit difficulty to adapt to the colours but my son didn't experience the same problem. 4 stars to the cube itself but 5 to the purchase in total (with shipping to sweden).
For the price: amazing!

The cube feels a little blocky and out of the box maybe a little tight. But a little breaking in and the cube becomes very fast! The corner cutting at the stock tensions is not amazing but the cube is really nice. The MF3RS2 is better but is also a more expensive cube.
Great value. Perfect for a novice.

As the title suggests I am a novice when it comes to Rubik's cubes. I bought this one as it was one of the cheapest and was well reviewed on sites like Reddit. Having played with this subs for a few hours I am very impressed with it. It feels well built and the plastic does not feel cheap as I feared, the mechanism is smooth and I'm a fan of the stickerless design. I am completely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this. My only small problem is that it is a little loud however I did not lubricate or modify it in anyway which might well solve this.

For the price, you really can't go wrong. Out the box the cubes turns well but the springs are quite loud. After lubing the core with 17.5k shock oil (used for rc cars) the cube feels far more premium as if it should cost a lot more. Amazing feel, easy turning, decent cutting and fairly quiet (no spring noise). It'll never compare to my YueXiao for corner cutting (not many cubes can) but I still find myself enjoying this a lot. I personally like the frosted feel it has and the colour scheme even though it is quite bright. Highly recommended cube (after core lubrication) and its worth a try as its under £4!!!
NOTE: Shock oil is naturally quite thin so rc diff oil would probably be better due to its higher viscosity
